We have offered consultancy for urban design projects both in India and abroad:
Mahebourg Waterfront Development, Mauritius
Client : CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory Services
This was initiated by the State Property Development Corporation (SPDC) in Mauritius as a PPP project and included designing the promenade, the bay and a hotel (as a revenue generating model).
Rose Hill Market Revitalisation Plan, Mauritius
Client : CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory Services
An Integrated development plan that included the 'Rose Hill Plaza', the Bazar Rose Hill & the development of a Market Square based on interactions with the key stakeholder groups.
Bimilipatnam – a Conservation Plan for a Dutch settlement in Andhra
Client : Royal Netherlands Embassy
Conceptualised & initiated a People’s Conservation Plan for Bheemunipatnam – an old dutch settlement near Visakhapatnam with support from the Royal Netherlands Embassy.
Master Plan for Buddhist Circuit in Orissa
Client : CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory Services
The inputs included the Architectural conceptualisation of the Buddhist Heritage Circuit; Development plans for individual sites of Udayagiri, Ratnagiri, Lalitagiri & Langudi and Landscape planning.
Endogenous Tourism Program
Client : United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
This consisted of providing heritage conservation guidelines, architectural design and execution strategies for two project sites in Tamil Nadu & a site in Srikalahasti being proposed as Spice tourism destinations.
